Our Company was originally incorporated as Virtuoso Optoelectronics Private Limited at Nashik, Maharashtra as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 11, 2015 bearing Corporate Identification Number U74999MH2015PTC268355 issued by Deputy Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 24, 2021 and consequent upon conversion the name of our company was changed to Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 19, 2021 bearing Corporate Identification Number U74999MH2015PTC268355 issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
