Business Description
Launched in 2017, we are a leading premium flexible workspace operator in India and have been the largest operatorby total revenue in the past three Fiscals, according to the CBRE Report. We are a category-defining, aspirationalbrand in India, with a loyal customer base, according to AGR, and have played a significant role in the growth of theflexible workspace sector in India and been a key contributor for the evolution of flexible workspace products andservices, according to the CBRE Report. We are the exclusive licensee of the WeWork Brand in India.We provide flexible, high-quality workspaces to our customers (who we refer to as members) which includecompanies of all sizes: large enterprises, small and mid-size businesses, startups, as well as individuals. We haveestablished multi-asset relationships with various prominent developers across major Tier 1 cities, according to theCBRE Report. We lease primarily Grade A office space from such developers and design, build, and operate them asflexible workspaces as per global standards. As at June 30, 2024, approximately 93%, or 5.87 million square feet, ofour portfolio was in Grade A developments, according to the CBRE Report. With one of the most extensive range ofproduct and services, according to the CBRE Report, we offer flexibility to members by providing adaptable termsthat allow companies to scale their workspace as their needs evolve. The strength of our brand and offerings alongwith the global network that we are a part of as the exclusive licensee of the WeWork Brand in India, has helped usattract and develop long-term relationships with global marquee brands, including Amazon Web Services India PrivateLimited, JP Morgan Services India Private Limited, Discovery Communications India, Deutsche Telekom DigitalLabs Private Limited, CBA Services Private Limited and Grant Thornton Bharat LLP.
