Our Company was incorporated as "Dhruv Wellness Private Limited" at Mumbai under the provision of theCompanies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation dated March 27, 2015 issued by the Registrar ofCompanies, Maharashtra. Consequent upon the conversion of our Company to public limited company, thename of our Company was changed to ?Dhruv Wellness Limited" and fresh certificate of incorporation datedJuly 2, 2017 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Corporate Identification Number of ourCompany is U74900MH2015PLC263089.We are in the business of wholeselling and distributorship of general, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.Our Company also functions as a stockist of medical, general cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. OnJanuary 1, 2016, our Company acquired the business, all the assets including debts, stock, stock-in-trade,movable plant and machinery, trade-marks, designs, patents and licenses and all credits etc. of Dhruv Agencywhich was in a market for about a decade and had been promoted by our promoter director, Ms. Anita Prajapatiin the year 2005 resulting into reaching the next level in short span of time. The product ranges from small sachets of shampoos and othertoiletries to pharmaceutical products that become a part of every household. Our products are distributedamongst an extensive chain of retailers across the area starting from Jogeshwari to Dhanu in Mumbai. We haveconstituted a widespread tie-up with general and medical stores in Mumbai‘s suburban areas and have not lostany opportunity to be an Ace in the field.In its market presence of over 2 (two) years, we have worked formanywholesellers across Mumbai, ourcompany deals with approx.2500 products. Delivering cosmetic and pharma products, day and night, all-dayevery-week, our Company procures a turnover of Rs.10,191.88Lacsby March 31, 2017.By adding client, Dettol in 2016 has given valuable prosperity to the business and took our Company to newhorizon. We believe that our Company wasrecognised contributor in west region of Mumbai in 2016.
