The objects of the Offer are to achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchanges and for the sale of up to 195,797,000 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders. Further, our Company expects that listing of the Equity Shares will enhance our visibility and brand image and provide liquidity to our shareholders. Listing will also provide a public market for the Equity Shares in India. Our Company will not receive any proceeds from the Offer and all the proceeds will go to the Selling Shareholders, in proportion to the Equity Shares offered and sold by the respective SellingShareholders in the Offer for Sale.

We are the ninth largest hotelchain in India in terms of owned, leased and managed rooms, as of June 30, 2017, according to the Horwath Report. Weoperate in the mid-priced hotel sector, consisting of the upper-midscale, midscale and economy hotel segments. We seekto cater to Indian middle class guests and deliver differentiated yet superior service offerings, with a value-for-moneyproposition. We opened our first hotel with 49 rooms in May 2004. We operated 4,289 rooms in 40 hotels (includingmanaged hotels) across 24 cities in India as of July 31, 2017.
